There are several opportunities for ads through QueerTango events.

1. Monthly Constant Contact (CC) reminders of the date/time/info re: our 2 milongas.  We send out 2 per month, and use these as ways to make announcements and communicate time-sensitive and important items to our local community.  This also is sent to our national list just as an fyi.
   
   We have space for 2 ads – 1 in each CC email.  They cost $30 per ad, $50 for 2 per month and can contain 1hyperlink per ad.
2. Festival Opening Show program.  Space is available in 3 places:  Inside front cover, inside back cover, and outside back cover
   
   Inside Front or Back Cover:  Full page ad: $100, Half page ad: $50
   Outside Back Cover:   Full page: $150
   

3. Festival Website.  Ads are available on our website at $30 per ad, per month.
   
   

Donor categories:
a.  Sponsors are donors who give $500 or more.  Sponsors of the Festival receive:

1. a free ad on our website until the festival, plus 6 months.  All ads come down December 31st, 2011.   Also listed as Sponsors on the website splash page.
2. listed in the program donor list as Sponsors
3. acknowledged in our publicity as Sponsors
4. acknowledged in our participant packets as Sponsors
5. Free reserved tickets for 2 at the show.

b.  Major Donors are those who give $150 - $499.  Major Donors receive:

1. Listed on the website Donors List as Major Donors
2. Listed in the program Donor List as Major Donors
3. Listed in the participant packet Donor List as Major Donors

c.  Dear Friends of the International QueerTango Festival San Francisco  are those who give any amount of cash up to $149, or any in-kind donation not valued over $500.
